    To be honest the shipping info was very poorly delivered. I received a tracking number that was not a live link and contained no information as to which service was delivering the product. Then once I figured it out through trial and error by pasting the number into each service one at a time (UPS, FEDX, USPS) I finally figured out who was doing the shipping. Then the shipping never updated and just said "No Information" for days. Suddenly the package arrived. Now that I have the device I must say that the shave is excellent. Very smooth and very close. The cleaning base and some of the other attachments seem like overkill, but the razor itself is performing well. Ultimately I am happy with the razor now that I have it, but the initial process was so poorly handled I started to think I had been scammed and bought a product that does not exist.
